How this work was made
A family photo commissioned to be enshrined large at 8R. The larger the print, the more small flaws show, so each person's face, fabric, and background detail had to be traced more precisely.
Davinci divided the photo by area and traced each person's face point by point to preserve expression and likeness exactly. Fabric texture and background tone were restored to their original colors by period reference of the era's photo tones.
After a second round of revision and family confirmation, finished at 8R. Completed as a frame fitting for a living room or institutional setting.
