Story

Thirty-two years in one place,
the same promise.

In 1994, Studio Davinci opened in Guwol-dong, Incheon.
In an era when film and darkrooms were the norm, the studio began by hand-restoring photographs that were fading away.
To meet the people who walked in with a faded photo and answer them with one phrase — “This can be restored” — that was the place Studio Davinci first set out to be.

Film gave way to digital, and digital extended into AI.
The tools have changed with every era, but Studio Davinci’s standard has not.
A photograph isn’t made by the tool, but by the hand that recognizes the face.
That is why the studio has done the same work in the same place for thirty-two years.
