• To perform the photo work you commissioned
• To reply to your inquiry and provide a quote
• To ship the finished print/frame

• Original photos and work files: up to 1 year after completion (in case you re-order or re-print)
• Consultation logs (KakaoTalk, Notion form): 3 years (Korean e-commerce law)
• Payment and tax records: 5 years (Korean tax code)
• Marketing-consented photos: removed immediately on withdrawal of consent

Studio Davinci does not share your personal data with third parties, with two narrow exceptions: (a) shipping carriers receive the recipient’s name, address, and phone for delivery, and (b) lawful requests from law enforcement under applicable law.
