How this work was made
A single frame of a white Bichon, mouth wide open, surrounded by a pink flower wreath — one ear touched with orange. The family asked us to keep this dog's brightest expression as a piece they could hold onto for life.
Left to AI, the grain of the fur and the look in the eyes get averaged out until it becomes a different dog. Studio Davinci keeps the Bichon's round face, orange ear, and smiling mouth exactly as they are, and lays down only the soft grain of colored pencil over them.
For this piece we filled out the pink floral background further and softened the edges with a gentle fade, finishing it like a single illustration — a keepsake and memorial portrait of a pet.
